Service Description
Focus FRC provides vital supports for individuals, families, and communities across Killeshandra and West Cavan. We offer family support, youth programmes, counselling, play therapy, parenting courses, adult education, wellbeing classes, social groups, and a community food bank. Our welcoming, non-judgemental environment empowers people to connect, learn, and thrive. With a strong volunteer ethos and a dedicated team, we work to reduce isolation, promote positive mental health, and strengthen community resilience.
