Service Description
Kingscourt Youthreach is an inclusive education and training programme for young people aged 15-20 who have left mainstream school early or do not possess any recognised qualifications. It provides a supportive, flexible learning environment focused on personal development, life skills, and career preparation. The programme offers practical and academic subjects, work experience, and one-on-one mentoring to help learners achieve qualifications and build confidence. Kingscourt Youthreach encourages social inclusion, independence, and the development of self-esteem while helping participants progress to further education, training, or employment. With a learner-centred approach, it supports young people in realising their potential and creating positive futures tailored to their individual goals and aspirations.
